We are a semi-casual raiding guild, primarily raid evenings both weekday and weekends.

Plans for the future prioritized accordingly:

    Finish acquiring gear for current main actives.  Given the (realitively) near release of Uldar (and its anticipated difficultly) I beleive fleshing out our core is the best possible allocation of our time.

    New raiding strat:  10% of our raiding slots (so 1/10 or 2~3/25) should be allocated to either currently undergeared and deserving (more on this in forums) members or to the recruitment of fresh blood.  Since this can accomplished while completing the above i beleive it is worthwhile.

    High Raiding practice (i know it sounds obnoxious), Uldar is anticipated to be considerably more difficult than the current raids which in all likelihood means a high level of raid-wide coordination.  Given this fact some basic practice on old TBC raids (~15/25) would be both healthy and constructive for our current raids, help the few people still leveling, and get a bunch of essentially hassle free gold.
